In 2023, Center Pointe Community Church in East Orlando made a decision to be more than a place people attend. Through local effort and generous giving, they began asking a simple question: What would it look like to use our facilities and green space to better serve our neighbors?

Because of the generosity of their members, more than $3 million was given to turn that vision into reality—transforming underused space into a place designed for connection, activity, and community life. That investment made it possible for Engage to begin in East Orlando, using what already existed to meet real needs and bring people together.

Engage exists to mobilize the community of faith to actively invest in the people and places around them.

We bring together kids, families, and adults, creating places where people can gather, build relationships, and invest in the community they call home.

Our work begins in East Orlando, made possible through the generous support and partnership of Center Pointe Community Church. Empowering us to turn everyday spaces into hubs of connection—using sports and community activities to foster trust, belonging, and a sense of responsibility for one another.
